In response to the question you posted, I think being able to adapt to change is an intangible necessity in the professional world. Without being able to adapt and change, we will never be able to reach our full potential. If that means being able to utilize the various technological advances, then my response would be yes. I do think that leaders should be in some capacity, “Tech Savvy.”
